³⁰ And when Zevul the sar of the Ir heard the words of Gaal ben Eved, his anger was kindled.

³¹ And he sent malachim unto Avimelech covertly, saying, Hinei, Gaal ben Eved and his brethren have come to Shechem; and, hinei, they incite the Ir against thee.

³² Now therefore go up by lailah, thou and the people with thee, and lie in wait in the sadeh:
