¹⁶ “But if someone is struck and killed by a piece of iron, it must be presumed to be murder, and the murderer must be executed. ¹⁷ Or if the slain man was struck down with a large stone, it is murder, and the murderer shall die. ¹⁸ The same is true if he is killed with a wooden weapon.
