2 “(B)Speak to the heart of Jerusalem;
And call out to her, that her [a](C)warfare has been fulfilled,

That she has received from the hand of Yahweh

So I have sworn that I will (B)not be furious with you
Nor will I rebuke you.
10 For the (C)mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My lovingkindness will not be removed from you,
And My (D)covenant of peace will not be shaken,”
