⁶ Therefore, a ^(A)curse devours the earth, and those who inhabit it are held guilty. Therefore, the ^(B)inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men remain.

⁹ I will ^(A)give them over to be a terror and an evil for all the kingdoms of the earth, as a ^(B)reproach and a proverb, a byword and a ^(C)curse in all places where I will banish them.

¹¹ Indeed ^(A)all Israel has trespassed against Your law, even turning aside, not listening to Your voice; so the ^(B)curse has been poured out on us, along with the oath which is written in the ^[a]law of Moses the ^[b]servant of God, for we have sinned against Him.

¹³ And it will be that just as you were a ^(A)curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you that you may become a ^(B)blessing. Do not fear; let your ^(C)hands be strong.’
