¹⁶ Or ^(A)what agreement has a ^[a]sanctuary of God with idols? For we are ^(B)a sanctuary of ^(C)the living God; just as God said,

¹⁷ so that ^(A)Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being firmly ^(B)rooted and ^(C)grounded in love,

²⁴ As for you, let that which you heard ^(A)from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also ^(B)will abide in the Son and in the Father.

²⁰ Behold, I stand ^(A)at the door and ^(B)knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, ^(C)I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.
