Ahab Humbles Himself

^25 (A)Surely there was no one who sold himself to do what is evil in the sight of Yahweh like Ahab, whom Jezebel his wife incited.

¹⁷ Then ^(A)they made their sons and their daughters pass through the fire, and ^(B)practiced divination and omens, and ^(C)sold themselves to do what is evil in the sight of Yahweh, provoking Him to anger.

¹⁴ For we know that the Law is ^(A)spiritual, but I am ^(B)fleshly, ^(C)having been sold ^[a](D)into bondage under sin.
